Vets on Crown, Your Vet near Redfern
Vet clinic 5 minutes from Redfern Station. Full weekend hours. Written estimates before any work starts.

Whenever you are available, we are ready.
If you adopted from a rescue and the paperwork is patchy, or if you just want to know what something costs before you agree to it — that's a normal conversation at this clinic. Vets on Crown is about 800 metres from Redfern Station, roughly a five-minute walk up Redfern Street and across Cleveland. Dr Nima opened the clinic in 2017, and weekend hours run a full day — not a reduced Saturday morning. Prices are published, written estimates go out before any procedure, and the price doesn't change mid-treatment without a phone call first.
Redfern pet owners, these are our commitments:
Rescues, rehomes and "whose dog is this now" paperwork
You'll know the cost before the work starts
Full weekend service, not just a consult
Five minutes from Redfern Station
Our reviews
Very professional and great customer service. Vets are very reliable and they have looked after my per dog really well.
My dog came in with a fractured tooth and the lovely team here were able to extract it on the same day. Emily was the veterinarian who did my dog’s procedure and during our conversation I had complete trust because of her honesty and genuine care about my dog’s wellbeing. Unlike other vets I’ve been to, she did not try to push unnecessary charges/medication and explained all the costs involved. The lady at reception is lovely and it’s such a bonus when you walk in on your dog being showered with affection from the nurse. The clinic here is very spacious and facilities seemed modern in comparison to others. The price was also very reasonable. This isn’t my usual vet, however I will be switching. Thanks for the wonderful service!
Just lovely, wonderful caring staff. Thank you for making a heartbreaking situation so calm we are so thankful. For those wondering, there is wheelchair access just on the side of the building. Looks deceiving with the steps but access is all good.
I took my cat, Pepper there last week and they were amazing. They organised a specialist to ultrsound on my cat and we found out that Pepper has inflammed bowel. The medication they dispensed is helping my cat to become himself again. Highly recommend this vet clinic.
This veterinary clinic is absolutely amazing! The vet Dr Nima is the most beautiful person I have come across when dealing with my Border Collies :) thank you so much!!
Our groodle had a wonderful experience for his first groom at vets on crown. He can get a bit anxious when going to new places and the team here were amazing with him, he now looks as handsome as ever and was calm and happy afterwards too.
Phone conversation with Lisa, Very helpful information. We have made our fist appointment due in a few weeks For our new puppy Gigi 😊
Thank you all so much for looking after my Ruby, my cat. Dr Nema thank you for your thorough investigation. Much gratitude to Dr Chole for emotional support and gentle care in seeing My Ruby through her journey. Thank you all for the lovely card with Ruby's paw prints and little bottle of fur. I took that to work and showed it to everyone. That's so special to me. 🙏❤️

Custody-of-the-dog paperwork isn't something we can sort out, but vaccination gaps and microchip transfers are.
