Dog Grooming in
Surrey Hills NSW
Regular grooming keeps your dog comfortable, clean, and healthy. It reduces shedding and matting, supports skin and ear health, and helps us spot lumps or parasites early. Your dog leaves fresh, fluff-dried, and styled to suit their coat and lifestyle.

How it works
At drop-off we confirm coat condition, style goals, and any sensitivities. Your dog is bathed, dried, and brushed out before the clip so the finish is even and comfortable. We pace sessions with calm handling and rest breaks as needed. You receive a brief report on coat care and recommended at-home brushing between visits.
Safety and welfare
Trained staff use quiet handling and professional equipment. A veterinary team is on site for advice if we find anything of concern. We do not perform painful de-matting; where mats are tight, we discuss safer clip options. Dogs are not sedated for grooming. Cat clips are performed separately under vet supervision.
How often to groom
- Short or smooth coats: bath and nails every 6–8 weeks.
- Curly or wool coats (Poodle, Oodle): full groom every 4–6 weeks to prevent mats.
- Double coats (Spitz, Shepherd): de-shedding and tidy every 6–8 weeks, especially in shedding season.
- Long silky coats (Spaniel, Setter): tidy and brush-out every 4–6 weeks. Puppies can book gentle introduction sessions once vaccinations are current.
Booking and pricing
Our groomer is popular locally and books 4–6 weeks ahead. Pricing varies by size, coat type, coat condition, and clip style, with extras such as teeth cleaning or anal glands priced separately. Keep a rolling appointment to hold your preferred day and time.
