Such a knowledgeable and supportive team! Our veterinarian Nima was amazing during a very difficult time. His calm, kind demeanour helped us support our very sick little kitten and provided the guidance to manage him successfully at home. Thanks guys, it was a relief to know you were there for our family 🙏🏻 …
Very nice and friendly environment, reliable and caring staff.
Great STAFF WOULD NOT HESITATE TO TAKE YOUR THERE. WILL BE WELL LOOKED AFTER
Very friendly and professional staff. I was confident in my pet's wellbeing in their care
I’ve got an anxious cat that was urinating inappropriately and Dr Nima and staff were very understanding and helpful in discussing possible causes and solutions.
The staff at vets on crown are wonderful, we have taken our dog in for boarding over the years and also just recently and they genuinely care about the animals. During our dogs stay they provided us with updates on how our dog is during his stay at boarding and included photos of our dog. The staff take him for walks as well and gave him a complimentary bath during his 2 week stay. We definitely recommend Vets on Crown for pet boarding and their daycare services. Thank you for looking after Taco!
Just over a month ago, I brought my twelve year old tall whippet, Divo, to Vets on Crown for dentistry work. The receptionist/nurse explained all the procedure options to me in depth. (So much depended on Divo’s dental examination, as certain teeth problems can only be found when a dog is anaesthetised on the table.) The nurse had the medical understanding of a veterinarian, or so it seemed to me from her detailed explanations. She was also very kind and had a winning way with my precious dog, Divo. At every point I felt considered, well informed, listened to, and able to make choices about the dental work needed with new understanding. The veterinarian himself, was brilliant. He did major work and removed several afflicted teeth and based his work on prior blood tests and mouth exploration, using very modern surgery facilities. He was also polite, kind and had an obvious love of animals and a keen dedication to their care. I found the cost quite reasonable and Divo was sent home with appropriate antibiotics and pain meds. I was encouraged to ring or come in anytime, should any problem occur post op. Dr Nima also saw Divo and checked on his progress after a few days, just to make sure of trouble free, post operation healing. I can gladly recommend Vets on Crown to anyone who loves their pet. This is the best vet hospital that I’ve found, and I’ve been to many. In fact, I cannot think of anything that could have been done better during my dog’s procedure. My Divo will now always have Vets on Crown as his medical centre. *. *. *. *. * After many good healthy years, my almost 16 year old tall whippet, Divo, was put to sleep by Dr Cheryl at ‘Vets on Crown’ on Friday morning 24/9/21. Divo suffered a sudden, systemic collapse and I had no option but to carry him to the clinic to seek help about ending his distress. I’d like to emphasize that veterinarian Dr Cheryl made time for me to see her in clinic, swiftly after my initial phone call. She agreed that my beloved whippet needed a merciful and assisted end to life. She treated both Divo and myself with compassion and understanding, and gave me the considerable time that I needed to say goodbye to my wonderful friend in the privacy of a consultation room. Meanwhile Dr Cheryl, at my request, organized all paperwork to take care of both the injection and the processing of Divo’s lifeless body thereafter. This enabled me to have further time with my beloved Divo right after he died. (I was so glad that he was made comfortable and his death was quick and painless.) Early completion of paperwork also ensured that I could leave the clinic swiftly afterwards and withdraw to grieve in the privacy of my own home. At all stages Dr Cheryl and the clinic staff were accommodating, caring and they genuinely felt for me amid my obvious distress. Thankfully, Dr Cheryl saw me through the whole process personally and her words of comforting wisdom were perfectly attuned to helping me through the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Her palpable empathy and her sheer compassion for an aged dog in crisis, informs me that Dr Cheryl is the best of human beings and Vets on Crown is the very best veterinary clinic possible. Simply outstanding.
These guys took such great care of my kitty when we came in at short notice and our girl needed emergency dental work. Vets on crown will be our go to vet from now on!
These guys are awesome, I just have to say "do you want to go to Vets on Crown" and my dog Rocco gets excited about their boarding service. He loves the place and the staff there all know him well. He gets lots of play time and walks. There's never been a problem over the last 5 years and now he's there also monthly with our busy schedule. My wife and I live out past Windsor, so it's a long trip to drop him off, but it's a great drop off point on our way to the airport. We've tried the likes of Mad Paws and other boarding kenells out our way, but find them hugely over priced, without the same care and attention and it's great to have full vetenary service available if the need arises. The team at Vets On Crown are always welcoming, bookings are easy and feedback back on how he's going is just a phone call. Well done to the team, we love your service with a doggy cuddle.
Highly recommended! Dealt with five team members from booking, drop-off, to pickup, all were friendly, helpful and highly professional. Left us feeling very conformable our 1yo staffy would be well looked after, and she was! She was very happy, and very tired from the socialisation, slept like a baby that night! Boarding rates are very good and having the vets available is a huge convenience too. Well done team for delivering an exceptional service.
I had a great experience at crown st vet. My dog was sick and had to come in a few times & the service was excellent. I felt totally comfortable leaving my dog in Dr Nima’s care. Super friendly nurse too. Would definitely recommend
We are so grateful to Dr Luke and the team at Vets on Crown for taking such good care of our little Virgil. He came in so sick, with gastro and pancreatitis (diagnosed by Luke) he's now entirely on the mend after such great care from Dr. Luke, the best advice and support. Forever grateful! x
