I had my cat de-sexed. Cat came back super relaxed. Service was excellent.
Excellent and affordable grooming services. Tomo is amazing and Sasha Bella loves her. Always a great experience. Thank you, Ray.
I have been taking my dog Popeye to VoC almost since the day they first opened their doors and they have never disappointed. Dr Nima and his crew are so unbelievably warm and generous with their time, they always give the one on one care needed. I have been to a few vets in the Surry Hills area and have always felt like any other client, but whether it's just a quick check up, a groom by the supreme Tomo (the most amazing groomer ever!) or an eventful day of doggy day care, VoC are second to none in service. Thank you so much for being so attentive, honest, and quite simply, caring team around. Always being so willing assist at the drop of a hat is hard to come by these days! Keep up the great work and dedication, so very much appreciated! Just thought i'd add a little bit of evidence, Popeye exhausted after a day of playing and painting at day care
Genuinely cannot say enough great things about this vet. My dog Winnie is 5, has always be a poorly dog and now has diabetes. After moving i now drive to Vets on Crown, as the vet in my new suburb wasn't the same standard. Yes they are not the cheapest (you'll need to go out west for that) but they are far cheaper than others in the area. Having been at the vets A LOT, i have encountered nearly all vets/nurses/receptionists and everyone is always lovely/genuinely accomodating to your needs. When costs got high they always go directly through my insurance (often very last minute), always call with updates, offer me options, never pressure me to get further testing and offer me options around my budget. They are always on the end of the phone, call to check in and i'm 100% confident in the care Winnie has received. They are a busy vet and have always made time to see Winnie (again often last minute). As someone that has unfortunately been at this vets for weeks at a time with a very poorly pup, and spent a fair bit of $$$, i truly advocate for them and their care.
The team at Vets on Crown are fantastic. Our beautiful pup dog, Milo, has been seen by the team, and attending doggy day care intermittently, at Vets on Crown since he was 10 months old. I think it says it all that he pulls us towards the direction of Vets on Crown if I mention we’re going to day care or sometimes if we simply walk past the practice.
lovely & casting. helped a friend who's cat was very unwell. The decision was to put Olly boy out of his suffering. Extremely kind towards my friend who couldn't afford the bill. Helped her. big time
My Willow had her spay procedure yesterday. She’s so loving and was taken care of so well by Dr Jueun and the team at vets on crown. I’m so pleased with the passion the team have when looking after the animals. Willow says thanks!
I want to commend and personally thank Wendy and Bronween (and the team) for the brilliant work they did yesterday (Sunday). The dedication, care and personal touches will never be forgotten and I will recommend you to all of my friends in the future. The best vet clinic EVER!!! See you again. Damien
Our shih-tzu, Milo stayed here and they took great care of him. Sent us photos, took him on plenty of walks and he was happy, healthy and CLEAN when we picked him up as they gave him a bath for free as well!
Had an amazing experience here when our family dog had to go in for surgery - had taken her in for boarding a few times and always really happy with the service but the level of care during the surgery was exceptional. Dr Nima really put our minds at ease and took care to explain everything clearly. Cindy is recovering well, thank you!
I recently used Vets on Crown through looking after a friend’s dog who was a patient there. I was very impressed by, and grateful for, both the compassion and professionalism shown by the vets (Luke, Marnie and Madeleine) and all of the staff in what ultimately was a sad outcome. If I lived closer I would definitely take my own dog there.
My pup had been ill for over a year and the previous vets at St Peters could not work out what it was. However moving to Vets on Crown, the immediate attention the staff and the vet gave to my little one was amazing and in a few weeks were able to find a diagnosis which could have left him in a critical condition as he already had AP. He was diagnosed with ME, a rare condition and Dr Nima has been super attentive and great with giving us the right medication and advice. Really glad we came here and would highly recommend them :)
